- Yes. Group rows by an invoice number column and Veltadoc will combine matching rows into a single multi-line-item invoice, then generate one PDF per unique invoice number.
- Does the invoice generator calculate totals automatically?
- Yes. If your spreadsheet has quantity and rate columns, Veltadoc computes each line amount and the invoice total automatically — no formulas needed on your end.
- Can I use my own invoice numbering scheme?
- Yes, your invoice_number column is used as-is. Veltadoc doesn’t override or reformat it.
- How many invoices can I generate in one batch?
- Up to 500 rows per file. Free plan is limited to 10 documents per month total; Pro is unlimited.
